Field Service Management
By accessing or using ServiceTap ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including administrators, technicians, and any other individuals accessing the platform.
ServiceTap is a cloud-based field service management platform designed for service industry professionals. The Service includes job scheduling, dispatching, customer management, estimates, invoicing, payment processing, and related tools. Features may vary by subscription plan and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. ServiceTap is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.
Paid subscription plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payment is processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees associated with your selected plan. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice. A free Starter plan is available with limited features.

The Service, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by ServiceTap and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServiceTap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
You may cancel your account at any time. ServiceTap does not require contracts and you are free to leave at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After that period, your data may be permanently deleted.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules, unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
ServiceTap provides an SMS messaging program that allows service companies to communicate with their customers regarding service appointments, invoices, estimates, and other service-related notifications. By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from the service company you are doing business with, sent through the ServiceTap platform.
Opt-In: You may opt in to receive SMS messages by checking the SMS consent checkbox when booking a service appointment online or by providing verbal or written consent to your service provider. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Types: Appointment confirmations and reminders, invoice and payment notifications, estimate notifications, and service request updates. Message frequency varies based on your service activity, typically 1–5 messages per service interaction.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. ServiceTap does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive a final confirmation and no further messages. You may also contact your service provider directly.

Carriers: Compatible with major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most others. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: Your phone number and opt-in data are shared only with the service company you are doing business with and are not sold to third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
