Terms & Conditions
- 1. Agreement is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- 2. Visits are scheduled at mutually convenient times. Customer will receive a reminder 2 weeks before each scheduled visit.
- 3. This agreement covers preventive maintenance only. Repairs, parts, and refrigerant beyond included amounts are billed separately at the discounted rate.
- 4. Agreement auto-renews annually unless cancelled with 30 days written notice.
- 5. Refund policy: Pro-rated refund for any unused visits if cancelled within the first 6 months.
- 6. This agreement is non-transferable except for the Premium plan, which may be transferred to a new property owner.
